Primarily designed for TOMOIOT ASTRO series, but our Protocol Agnostic Middleware can parse data from major third-party protocols like Teltonika or Queclink, provided you have the protocol documentation.
Do you support bi-directional commands?
Yes. You can send commands (e.g., “Open Door”) via our REST API, and we will translate it to the device’s native protocol immediately.
